God left America and No One Noticed!
I truly believe the beginnings of the final end time prophecies recorded in the prophetic books of the Bible will soon be placed in motion. The United States, while not specifically named (some scholars claim the United States could be the young lions mentioned in Ezekiel 38:13), is also on its way to being “fundamentally changed” and its role, if any, in Biblical prophecy is yet to be understood.
Whether or not the United States is a major player will be determined by the relationship and alliances that will exist between the United States and Israel in the coming months. If the United States weakens in its support of Israel, as it appears that President Obama is considering in order to appeal to a broader Islamic audience, it will be the final “kiss of death” for the United States. God’s stance on the treatment of Israel by other nations and people is very clear: “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curse you I will curse…” Genesis 12:3 NIV; and in Obadiah 1:15 NIV, “The day of the Lord is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head.”
As I see it, the United States has already purchased its one-way ticket to hell by embracing the peaceful ideology of Islam and for acquiescing to President Obama’s intent to abandon America’s Republic for a Progressive Socialist form of government. For those of you who are not able to believe in the Biblical prophecies or President Obama’s radical agenda for America, bury your head back in the sand, but for those who do, read on.
President Obama even before his election promised a change that would “redistribute the wealth” and would also provide for the care of all citizens who could not or would not care for themselves (thought emphasis is mine for this is what socialism is all about). This was to make America better and stronger. Some (mostly Democratic voters and Progressive Democratic and Republican politicians) say it is the price America and America’s citizenry have to pay for its past aggressiveness and discrimination (locally, nationally, and internationally) while others say it is to the detriment of America’s founding principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I will let you decide, but more than likely you already have, and no amount of discussion one way or the other will change opinions on this topic.
But what do I know? I am just an old man who has been protected by the Holy Spirit of God since birth. Until late in life I did not fully understand how I was protected but now I know. I have often justified my late religious calling by relating it to Moses’ forty years of wilderness wandering; whether the time frame of my understanding was God’s doing to prepare me for my ministry, or it was just procrastination on my part I do not know. But, I suspect it was more my unwillingness. At any rate, God is in complete control of my life, and I am following His commands.
Man was given free will to choose his own way, but often man’s way is not God’s way. You may have the protection of God too, but the only way to find out is to acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and allow the Holy Spirit to dwell in you. There is no other way that I know and through my experiences I am trying to share that knowledge with you.
America decided many years ago that God was no longer needed. The God I am writing about is the Biblical God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You know the argument of “no state sponsored religion / separation of state and religion” the godless are so fond of espousing in their argument for removal of any and all references to God— the God our founding fathers recognized and gave credit to in America’s founding documents.
Most Americans still believe in God, but not in a God that is relevant for today’s world. America’s churches have a form of godliness but deny that God has any power (paraphrased from 2 Timothy 3:1-5 NIV). After all, man is a god unto himself or so he believes. Civilization’s intelligent and strong in physical statue have always turned from God to pursue the desires of their human hearts; they have controlled and dominated the “weak and mentally challenged” for their own benefit since creation.
Man’s very nature if not controlled will always desire the sensuality of life —human lust and greed. For instance, at various times in history a married man or woman would not violate their marriage vows no matter how great the temptation of the flesh confronting them. This is no longer true in today’s society. Marriage vows are quickly forgotten when the “he or she is not fulfilling my needs” syndrome is allowed to fester in one’s mind. There is not much difference today in divorce rates between those who claim to be Christian and those who do not.
Morality in America vanished with Woodstock and the drug culture of the sixties and with the growth of the movie industry and the Christians acceptance of “just a ‘little flesh’ does not hurt anyone.” With “just a little” God’s morality for man was gradually cast aside by a godless minority while the “religious” majority lavished in their godless pagan life styles and did nothing to stop their idolatrous flirtation with materialistic riches.
As it stands now, America’s youth are so wrapped up in the lifestyle of sexual immorality as portrayed on television and in the movies that they regard it as normal and acceptable behavior. After all, their parents act the same way and do not condemn the behavior. Today’s young men are being taught to find their feminine side and young women are being taught to be aggressive and domineering. On television husbands (men) are portrayed as deadbeats that are ridiculed in much the same way as the police are portrayed as donut eating bigots. With no elements of society objecting, it will only grow worse.
What now must happen for America to recapture its past glory? God gave us the answer in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV): “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
If God is to return, America must respond to his calling by following His instructions given in 2 Chronicles above. We must also return to Him in faith and belief and restore His Ten Commandment to their rightful place in America from which they were removed by our godless Judicial, Executive and Legislative branches of government. Basis morality must be taught at home and not left for Hollywood to define.
You can find the Ten Commandments listed in the book of Exodus 20:1-17. They are very simple but powerful in their concept. Why anyone would object is beyond me, but I would guess it is because of the first three commandments. The first three commandments are the ones the godless find most hard to accept. They are (all commandments are paraphrased for brevity and some comments added for clarity):
- 1) You shall have no other gods before (except) me.
- You shall not make for yourself and idol You shall not bow down to them or worship them. (for example: houses, cars, money, and etc.).
- 3) You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God (even the use of “Oh my …).
Admitting that there is a supreme creator, that is called God, goes against man’s desire to be free from any and all restrictions. God gave man the freedom of choice—freedom to do as he pleased—but that freedom came with a warning. Live without God and face the realities of the human desires of the flesh (sexual immorality, greed, and etc.), or permit God to lead by showing you, ”the way, the truth and the life.” (John 14:6 NIV, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”)
Total freedom in God requires that you have faith, trust, respect and belief in Him as God. Gold, silver, bronze, stone (i.e., diamonds) and wood are inanimate objects that man fashions into gods, but they are not gods. They cannot speak or hear, and they cannot satisfy the human need for a relationship with the creator of life. The government is not a god and neither are other men or women. Once you accept God for who He is, the other remaining seven commandments are pretty basic to having a peaceful and civilized life. They are:
- 4) Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
- 5) Honor your father and your mother.
- 6) You shall not murder.
- 7) You shall not commit adultery.

You shall not steal. - 9) You shall not give false testimony.
- 10) You shall not covet.
God knew man needed a (#4) day of rest each week for the rejuvenation of his soul and spirit. Neglect the body’s needs for rest and suffer physical and mental anguish. It is a scientific fact. Check it out!You should (#5) honor your father and mother. Why, you ask, if they were mean, cruel and non-loving? If you had parents of this nature, forgive them in your own mind for their transgressions and move on with your life. Let God deal with them in His own time and manner and don’t make their problems yours. If you have a loving relationship with your parents, honor them with your time, resources (if required) and understanding as they age. As your children see you care for your parents, so will they likewise care for you.
The last five commandments really need no explanation. Sixty years ago children were taught that it is wrong to (#6) murder, (#7) to commit adultery, (#8) to steal, (#9) to lie and (#10) to covet or desire things that do not belong to you. Unfortunately, many living in today’s society were never exposed or taught the Ten Commandments in their youth; if you are not taught at home, at church, at school or by example you may not realize that they are wrong. Television and movies certainly do not portray them as wrong, but you cannot have a civilized society without them.
It is impossible for you to keep all of the commandments, but God in His mercy sent His son Jesus to die on a cross for your sins knowing that the desires of the flesh would prevent you from keeping all the commandments every day, hour, minute and second of each day. If you will accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and follow the lead of the Holy Spirit, you can be forgiven of your sins and live-forever in the heaven Jesus has prepared for those who confess and love Him.
Please note, unless you confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you cannot be with Him in His heaven. You may be able to go to another heaven (only your god knows where his or her heaven is located), but not to the one Jesus promised to those who believe and love Him.You can have the peace that surpasses all understanding that God promised (Philippians 3:7). It, however, is up to you. Jesus Christ stands at the door and knocks. Will you let him in? Do not give up! There is hope. As recorded in the book of Isaiah1:18-20, “’Come now, let us reason together’ says the Lord. ‘Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.’ For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”
Will you give Jesus a chance? If the Holy Spirit of God is calling you, do not reject His call; you will know because you will feel it in your heart and soul. Say this simple prayer, “Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins, and I am giving you total control of my life by making you the Lord of my life. I will allow the Holy Spirit to indwell me, and I will allow the Holy Spirit to instruct and lead me for the rest of my life. I will not be ashamed, and I will bear witness of your mercy and grace. I truly believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, died on a cross for my sins and transgressions, was raised from the dead on the third day, and will one day return for me and take me to his heaven. Amen.”
You are now saved if you prayed the prayer above in sincerity and belief. May you remain in Jesus Christ all the remaining days of your life and live with him forever when He comes to take you to the heaven He promised to those who love Him.If you do not believe or will not claim the forgiveness and salvation promised by Jesus Christ, I pray for the Holy Spirit to enlighten you to the Gospel message of Jesus Christ before the coming reign of the Antichrist.
You can refuse to worship God, but heed this warning found in Philippians 2:9-11, “Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the father.”
It will be your choice while on earth to serve either God or the Antichrist but remember, during the tribulation period that we will soon enter, you will worship and serve the Antichrist if you do not belong to God, and you will one day acknowledge that Jesus is Lord. It will be too late at that time, but you were forewarned.
