GA-Political 7/27/2009
The following letter was addressed to Senator Johnny Isakson, Senator Saxby Chambliss and Congressman Tom Price.

Dear (Insert name):
I wrote the attached letter after a recent breakfast meeting with several friends. It is far more than just a summary of our views that morning. I believe it represents many views held by a vast majority of Americans who are frustrated in our government at all levels.
My message to you in the letter is somewhat long but captures the essence of my political views on many topics. I do not expect a reply on each bullet item listed, but as my representative I would like for you to read and perhaps consider making them part of your political platform.
On a more personal level, I care about the religious belief held by my representatives at all levels of government. A person has the right to his or her own religious views and should not be forced to worship one particular God or god over another; however, they should be willing to publicly acknowledge and share their religious belief.
What about you? Is Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior or do you claim some other god? I would like to know.
